No, I am not a cleaner. I do not offer cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping or bathrooms, and I do not do ironing or bed-making. I am a personal assistant for everyday life, helping with the jobs that keep a household running, like cooking, laundry, errands and organising.
No. I am not a babysitter, nanny or childcare provider, and I do not supervise or mind children. If you are after childcare, I would rather tell you honestly than leave you with the wrong help.
No. I do not provide aged care, medical, personal care or disability support. I am a personal assistant for everyday household life.
Home cooking and meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping and errands, household and life administration, technology help, small-pet visits and holiday home check-ins. Business and digital assistance is available by arrangement. If you are unsure whether something fits, just ask.
You send a short online enquiry, I send you a clear personal quote, and once the details are agreed and your booking is paid, I confirm your time. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Yes. Many households enjoy a regular weekly or fortnightly visit, and I am happy to help on a one-off basis too. There is no obligation to book regularly.
Household assistance has a two-hour minimum, so a weekday visit starts at $140. Short home check-ins and small-pet visits have their own rates and no two-hour minimum.
Household assistance is $70 per hour Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Evenings, weekends and public holidays have their own rates, all on the Pricing page. Your quote shows exactly what you will pay.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Weekday evenings are available until 10pm, early mornings from 6am, and weekends subject to availability. I do not offer overnight, 24-hour or emergency services.
Yes, for suitable small pets. I can feed, check in on and keep them company, and I can take friendly small dogs for a short walk of up to 20 minutes. I do not walk large or reactive dogs, and I do not offer overnight pet sitting.
Yes. A holiday home check-in can include collecting mail, watering plants, moving bins and checking agreed doors and windows.
Yes. I can shop at Woolworths, Coles, ALDI and other suitable local shops, collect Click & Collect orders where the retailer allows it, and help with parcels and returns. You pay for the groceries and purchases themselves.
I am based in Toronto and help households around Toronto and Lake Macquarie. Travel within 10 km of Toronto is included, and anything further is explained clearly in your quote.
Yes. The Household PA is a personally operated business, so you deal directly with me every time. One familiar face, never a rotating team.
Yes. I hold Police, NDIS and Working With Children checks, a NSW Food Handlers Certificate, and I am fully insured.
Yes. Full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment. I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, and with more than 48 hours notice you receive a full refund or credit.
Yes, by arrangement. I can assist with selected business administration, website updates and everyday technology, quoted individually based on what you need.
