General household assistance
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Practical help that fits your household and your schedule. Whether you need a regular weekday appointment or a helping hand outside normal business hours, you will know what to expect before your booking is confirmed. All prices are in Australian dollars.

- Minimum booking: two hours.
- Two-hour weekday booking: $140.

After-hours appointments
Need help before work or after a long day? Early morning and evening household assistance is available by prior arrangement at $95 per hour. Evening appointments must be scheduled to finish by 10pm, so a two-hour booking would start no later than 8pm. Early morning bookings run for the full two-hour minimum.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed in advance.

Two hours of weekday household assistance. Cooking, laundry, errands, household administration or organising, tailored to the agreed priorities.
Two hours is the minimum booking, not a prepaid subscription or discounted package.
Business & Digital Assistance
Need help with business administration, websites, marketing or technology? These specialist services are available by arrangement and quoted individually.
Pricing depends on the type of work, complexity and time involved.

Add a short small-dog walk to a home-and-pet visit: $20.
Short home and pet visits do not have the two-hour household-assistance minimum.
For now, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday visits use their published day-based rates, with after-hours weekend requests assessed individually. Small-pet visits are subject to suitability and appropriate arrangements.

This is an example based on one daily qualifying visit over those seven days. It excludes additional travel and other agreed charges.
Getting to you
Clear travel charges, with no surprises.
The first 10 km are included
Travel within the first 10 km of Toronto is included in the price.
Beyond 10 km: $1/km
Charged on the one-way distance that exceeds 10 km. For example, 18 km from Toronto means $8 additional travel for that visit.
Errands in Leah's car
When I use my car for your errands, I charge $1 for each actual kilometre driven for those errands, plus the applicable hourly time. The same distance is never charged twice.
Purchases and ingredients
Customer purchases, groceries and ingredients are paid for by the customer.
Parking and tolls
Agreed parking or tolls are additional where applicable.

At The Household PA, I like to keep everything straightforward.
Once we've discussed what you need, I'll provide a clear quote outlining your services, dates, prices and any applicable travel charges.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
Payment instructions and the available payment methods will be provided with your invoice.
For regular weekly or fortnightly visits, each scheduled visit is payable in advance unless a different written arrangement has been agreed.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and I've confirmed your appointment.
Any additional purchases, errands, travel or services must be discussed and approved before extra charges are incurred.

I never ask for card or bank details through the website forms. Read the full Terms of Service.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change. I understand!
Life doesn't always go to plan, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let me know as soon as possible.
- More than 48 hours' notice
- You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the service payment, or choose to have the amount credited towards a future booking.
- Less than 48 hours' notice
- A reasonable late-cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law and disclosed before booking. Any remaining prepaid amount will be refunded.
- Rescheduling
- If you need to change your appointment, I'll do my best to find another suitable time, subject to availability.
- If I need to cancel
- If I'm unable to attend your scheduled booking, I'll contact you as soon as possible. You can choose a suitable replacement appointment or receive a full refund for services that haven't been provided.
- Your consumer rights
- Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Good to know
Important notes
- All amounts are in Australian dollars. No GST is currently charged.
- All appointments are subject to availability. After-hours appointments must be arranged in advance.
- General household assistance has a two-hour minimum, including early morning and evening appointments. Evening appointments finish no later than 10pm.
- Short home and pet visits are priced separately and have no two-hour minimum. Weekend after-hours requests are assessed individually.
- The Household PA does not operate as a 24-hour or emergency service.
- Full payment is required upfront, with 48 hours’ notice requested for changes or cancellations.
- Quotes are confirmed after reviewing the service address, your requirements and availability.
- Additional tasks, expenses or extra visit time require agreement.
- All services are subject to suitability, availability and the scope agreed in your quote.
